I caught this last minute scrolling around the Google+ stream. I saw an image of a new Google Interface but it had no link! I did a little digging and found out that image was not a fake it was actually the real Youtube interface in test mode!
Google has been completely changing the look and functionality of all their major products so this is no surprise. Right off the bat you can notice a dashboard like panel on the left (much like the Facebook App) and it displays your subscriptions as well as recommended channels and trending videos.
One thing that I notice right away is the social media buttons on the left panel with Google+ right on top. This will allow seamless sharing through your social media profiles. Take a look at the movies section of the new YouTube.

Anyway, take a look for yourself but first let me show you the hack!
First, open the YouTube website.
- In Chrome, press Ctrl-Shift-j to open the Developer Tools
- In Firefox, press Ctrl-Shift-k to open the web console
- Enter or copy paste this:
document.cookie="VISITOR_INFO1_LIVE=ST1Ti53r4fU";in the console tab and press Enter. - Reload the YouTube page.
I don’t think this works on Opera but you could try it.
The YouTube homepage looks like this after a reload.
For the grand finale, try out the new video uploader: http://upload.youtube.com/my_videos_upload?forceui=4

Share your feed back and let me know what you think.
